As part of our commitment to give our customers the best experience, The Daily Hair Co. offers a return policy on any full price items. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for a refund 14 days after the date of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of The Daily Hair Company. All products bought with a discount code are final sale, including free shipping codes. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by The Daily Hair Company, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery services. To receive authorization for a return, please contact us at renee@beselfabsorbed.com.
Please allow up to 21 days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit will be processed. It can take up to 7 business days to see a credit on your account.
Please note, we cannot accept unauthorized returns and we cannot accept any returns on any items not purchased directly from our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at renee@beselfabsorbed.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event the item arrives damaged, please include photos of the product and packaging.
