Shipping and Returns

As part of our commitment to give our customers the best experience, The Daily Hair Co. offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 20 days after the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Be Self-Absorbed. All products bought with a discount code are final sale, including free shipping codes.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Be Self-Absorbed, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery services. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. 

Please allow up to 21 days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit will be processed.

Please note that orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM PST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.

Orders will be shipped through Canada Post for Canada and US.
